This would work well for large scale fleet warfare. Even if formations were loaded up into groups of two. Not sure what the big worry about movement would be as ships last about 5 seconds in a fleet scenario once they are primaried. Here is on...

Module BPCs usually have a little more runs on em, and certain decryptors can add runs as well.

The decryptor was Collision Measurements. I used no ship and a 1 run bpc. Like i stated I"m very sure i will have a nice string of failures to follow. I did a bunch of module invents and got 14 fails out 18 tries.

Well the guns have 50mm Resolution, BS has 95mm and it takes about 10-12 seconds to lock another BS with that res so cut that in half and you got 20-25 seconds depending, not sure where you get 1 minute from. If that is so, then its buggy.
